David Milazzo is Milazzo Inspection Services. A native San Franciscan, he is a licensed General Building Contractor with 30 plus years of building, remodeling, and inspection experience. He is also a licensed Real Estate broker who well understands the aspects of the real estate transaction usually associated with inspections. David has performed over 5,000 inspections – there is no substitute for that kind of experience. He has spent many hours of training at California Real Estate Inspection Association (CREIA) and American Society of Home Inspectors (ASHI) sponsored seminars and conferences, keeping him up to date. His inspections adhere to CREIA and ASHI Standards of Practice. He is a member of the San Francisco Board of Realtors, the Foundation of Real Estate Appraisers (FREA), the California Association of Realtors (CAR), and the National Association of Realtors (NAR). David takes pride in providing the most thorough and comprehensible inspections, with great attention to detail, customizing the report to his clients’ needs and considerations unique to the property.
